We are looking for a high energy person with knowledge and enthusiasm for all things landscaping; specifically, site maintenance, customer service, and sales. We want you to help build and manage our maintenance division. Responsibilities Include: Sell and manage landscape maintenance on a variety of commercial and residential properties, while delivering great customer satisfaction and profitability for the company. Build relationships with customers and employees with good communication, follow through, and delivering above expectations. Create efficient work routes, train employees on the expectation for their routes Create bids for new work on properties in response to customer desires, but also in a proactive manner. Manage irrigation technician, routes, repairs, bids, etc Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in Landscape Maintenance Management Experience and Familiarity with Irrigation installation and repair Knowledge of using most landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, shears, etc.) Knowledge of horticultural practices Ability to use Microsoft office Knowledge of minor repairs to equipment (changing spark plugs, oil, filters, belts, etc.) VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS MANDATORY Compensation is based on experience
