Hourly pay rate: Earn up to $15.00/hr Immediate openings are available now. Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes. Responsibilities: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation Complete diary logs into inventory Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred) Electrical product assembly experience (preferred) Proven working experience as a warehouse worker Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems (preferred) Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organisational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Current forklift licence (preferred) High school degree Basic qualifications: High school, GED, or equivalent diploma Benefits: Health insurance About SLG Lighting Spring Lighting Group is originally an OEM vertical manufacturer that has been producing luminaires for some of the industry’s leading brands for the past 20 years and present.
