We are in need of a floor cleaning sub contractor that has their own floor cleaning equipment to bring to jobsite and or Jobsites You must have the following to do the job: -Vehicle Van or Pick up truck with attached trailer(This is to bring your equipment to the store to do the job) -Edge Broom(To edge sweep all corners and edges) -Dust Mop(To Dust mop all VCT flooring) -Lobby Dust pan(This you use to pick up your floor debris from edge sweeping and dust mopping) -Pole scraper(To scrape gum, tape etc... from floor -Automatic Floor Scrubber(This is to wash the floors it's battery operated and washes the floors and sucks the dirty water up at the same time if you know floors you'll understand what this is HAVING THS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT) -Cotton Wet Mop with attached mop handle(This is to mop floors you'll general use this to edge mop, spot mop and mop breakroom and office floors) -Mop Bucket with mop wringer(This hold's your mop water and you use it to wring out your mop) We have 4 retail stores that get cleaned 1x per week that is in need of a floor cleaning we ned a floor cleaning contractor to perform a sweep and machine wash. Locations are listed below you don't have to take them all and may pick and chose job takes about 3hours per store depending how fast and efficient you work. We have the following 4 locations available: 2 Locations in Naples 1 Location in Port Charlotte 1 Location in Fort Myers
