We are a well established, custom residential landscape company, based in Bend with about 20 team members. We have an opening for a landscape maintenance foreperson for the 2021 season. This position is Full-time (40-50 hours/week) from Mar-Nov. Candidates should have at least 3 years of verifiable experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive company truck and trailer to locations in Bend and/or Sunriver each day. * Proper use and care of tools / power equipment / mowers / vehicles. * Work to maintain landscapes to the highest level of detail. * Identify and care for plants. * Identify and pull weeds. * Manage, program, and troubleshoot irrigation systems. * Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and crew members. * Thoroughly complete all paperwork. REQUIREMENTS: * Have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. * Have reliable transportation to get to and from work. * Ability to drive / back up a truck and trailer. * General plant knowledge and weed identification. * Basic irrigation knowledge and competence using/ programming an irrigation controller. * Ability to work well on a team. * Have a very strong work ethic and ability to work long hours in all elements throughout the season. * Be willing to learn. * Be neat, clean, and professional in appearance and character.
