I’m seeking an unfurnished cottage or in-law unit with a full kitchen, washer/dryer onsite and ample storage. Preferred location in Southern/Central Marin (out to Fairfax and up to So. Novato). My angelic canine companion, Honey, is a 13-year-old, 20-lb. corgi/chihuahua mix and she is the belle of the ball wherever she goes. I have her 50% of the time. 30+ years of documented on-time, monthly payments and credit score in the mid-800s. I lived in and managed a rental in Tam Valley for 29 years. I’m a music educator in the Marin County schools and perform as a volunteer for disadvantaged students/adults through Bread & Roses. I’m also a professional writer/editor and web designer.
