Lost Brown Wallet around Capitol Hill

Lost a brown wallet, containing two photo IDs, a punch card, a debt card, and my insurance card. The ID is a Alaska ID. Please help find, as I am unable to replace my ID because of covid restrictions and I’ll be stranded without ID. The wallet was lost around 5:30ish. At this point I can give reward if found!
