Goodrum House Guided Tour Tour the extensive restoration underway at the Goodrum House and gardens. Purchased in 2009 by the Watson-Brown Foundation, this 1930 English Regency-style home was designed by classicist Philip Trammell Shutze. Walking shoes are advised. Parking is available only on Arden Road. Guests should enter through the service entrance off Arden Road. Limited to 10 guests. Masks required.
