The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical condition of the property according to operating and safety standards, performs repair work.  Has experience in basic rental repairs. This may include, but not limited to; minor pluming, changing toilets, changing light fixtures, painting, facet leaks, changing out interior doors as well as minor electrical.  Carpentry skills or the willingness to learn.  Making sure that the vacant properties are ready for tenants in a timely manner.  Understand the importance of curb side appeal.  Has a positive attitude towards the tenants and the maintenance crew.  This is an ENTRY LEVEL position; however, preference will be given to those with experience.
