CBS Philadelphia March 9, 2021 Philadelphia police have a person in custody after they say a man was shot and killed in Germantown Monday evening. This happened just before 6 p.m. along the 100 block of East Walnut Lane. Police say the 20-year-old victim was shot once in the chest and once in the groin.
