Looking for a part-time farm manager to manage a 2-4 acre hemp grow site on a beautiful 18 acre ranch located in Ashland. The ranch gets all-day unobstructed sunlight, has been used for hemp growing before and is permitted through county. TID water rights and ground-well on site means plenty of water. There is a barn on site that could be used and a vacant mobile home that has been used for drying hemp before, all included in the cost. There is tons of parking and easy access - this is a turn key site just waiting for the right farm manager. Land owner has a tractor available for use and the entire property is irrigated. Rich soil cared for by organic farmer who lives on site and cares for all aspects of property maintenance. This is a part-time paying job with an opportunity to receive a portion of the net proceeds after harvest.
