Framing and carpentry skills are a must. Employee will be able to read blueprints. Problem solving skills are necessary on all job sights. Must be able to work with minimal supervision also must be able to work as a team to achieve goals on a daily basis. Must have reliable transportation. Must bring your own tools. Pay rate is based on skill and experience after working interview is complete. Description of work is framing, roofing, carpentry, general labor. All work is performed outdoors weather permitting. Room for advancement through company. framer crew lead, direct supervisor, project supervisor and project planner.
