Job Summary Join a growing family run company in gorgeous Estes Park, Colorado! Over the past 20 years Park Flooring has developed into the all surface flooring provider for Estes Park and the surrounding Colorado Rocky Mountain area. Our team is looking to add a full-time year round installer that enjoys an active working environment, is precise and detail ordinated. Subcontractor employment available based on candidate’s knowledge and capabilities. Primary responsibilities: Take part in team meetings to ensure team communication on all projects. Review job scope with Team Leader and client. Transport materials to job site. Prepare substrates for installation. Become knowledgeable in installation procedures for different flooring surfaces including solid hardwoods, engineered hardwoods, laminate, vinyl, and hybrid flooring surfaces. Master the processes of nailing, sanding and refinishing hardwoods. Also gluing and click together installation methods. Install flooring in compliance to manufacturing specifications, and company quality standards. Use sanders, saws, and hand tools to ensure quality installation. Job site clean up and final punch review with Team Leader. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
