I have an extremely sweet, young male cat (used to being outdoor but I'm sure he could adjust to indoor) who has been neglected and I need to find him a new and caring home ASAP, he does not look well compared to the last time I saw him so he also needs some nursing back to health, but I'm confident he will be okay. If you can foster, adopt, or know anyone, please reach out. Thank you! This is Billy today, he normally looks way healthier (he let me clean his eyes)
