PART II:
This session is a continuation of "Let's Meditate PART I" session led by Yuyudhan Hoppe. It is not required that you attend PART I to participate in PART II. Open to both beginners and to those that have tried meditation before and are seeking inspiration to deepen their practice.
Yuyudhan Hoppe has followed the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, an Indian spiritual leader who dedicated his life to fostering peace, starting in the heart of each individual, for over 30 years.
Yuyudhan shares with the community the wisdom he's obtained from years of practice, philosophical stories meant to inspire and elevate human nature, meditation techniques to try at home and sprinkles in some personal experiences that gave the two sessions a sort of storyline to follow.
As you journey through his teaching of meditation you will notice, if you listen closely, it's all directed towards one thing: operating from a place in the heart.
