EAGAN, MN—From March 22 to April 16, Eagan residents will be able to order up to two trees from the City of Eagan's biannual Tree Sale, the city said in a news release Monday. Eagan residents will be able to choose from eight different options to plant: Sienna Glen Maple,Snowdrift Crabapple,River Birch,Bi-color Oak / Swamp White Oak,Honeycrisp Apple,Princeton Elm,HackberryWhite Pine The trees cost $31 each, the city said. Tree pick-up will be May 8 at Eagan's Central Maintenance Facility, the city said. "Protecting and growing our tree canopy is important. That's why every two-years, we offer a chance for Eagan residents to buy trees through a city-sponsored tree sale," Eagan forester Adam Schnaible said.
