STOLEN BIKE / Scumbag headed to the Tenderloin

This RARE custom built EighthInch Manifest Aero Track bike with a bright green fork, Origin8 (front brake only) and an H Plus Son front wheel was snatched from me by a scumbag on a bike headed towards Market on Jones street. I chased after him but that proved impossible. I saw him turn on Geary (from Jones street). This happened Saturday Feb 27 at 9:20PM. I use the bike for work. Cannot work without it. If you have any info or see the bike / bike parts online let me know. I can provide a small reward if it gets returned to me. Thanks.
