Finally we can start training with one of the best self defense systems (not a martial art).
Classes are either group or private lessons. Text to get more info and I will get back to you.
I was trained in Israel under Moshe Katz.
No Rules, No fancy poses, No katas. Only street effective techniques designed and used by the Israeli Defense Forces. Knowing how to defend yourself in any situation, now that is our idea of GOOD KARMA
