WANTED: stair installation

Would like to add code-compliant stair access to an attic. Would also like to insulate and finish off (drywall, flooring) the unfinished portion of this garage. Floorplan is attached… unfinished portion of the garage is on the left side. Perhaps a 3/4 turn staircase against the west wall (top left of the floor plan) under the window? Perhaps open risers? I am looking for someone who is responsive, creative, and skilled. Please respond with the configuration you would recommend, the approximate cost, and a little bit about your background and availability.
