We are looking for: • Maintenance Techs • Crew Leaders/Foreman • Operations Managers • Business Development Managers TOP INDUSTRY PAY RATES ON ALL POSITIONS Hours: Vary based on the season but typically are from 7a-5p, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of jobs by educating yourself and crew members on all properties/routes • Communicate with clients to ensure continuing satisfaction, and/or make adjustments as needed • Hold team members accountable for quality, efficiency, and consistency • Load and unload machinery, power tools, and hand tools; hook up trailer • Comply with the company’s safety policies and procedures • Accurate and on time input into handheld time tracking for attendance and payroll records • Run a snow route during winter months: Plow/Salt, Sidewalks, operate a skid steer Requirements: • Valid driver’s license • Two years of commercial lawncare experience • One years’ experience leading a professional maintenance crew: managing contract hours, work performance, and training • Ability to operate a truck and trailer • Ability to push, pull, lift, or move up to 50 pounds unassisted • Ability to work outdoors in all elements • Daily attendance and punctuality Benefits: • $1000 sign-on bonus! • Monthly performance bonuses up to $400/month!!! • Attendance Bonus every 90 days!!! • Snow removal is paid at your overtime rate!!! • Guaranteed 40 hours/week of pay each Winter if you are available for work! • Brand new equipment and tools! • Paid time off and Paid Holidays! • Free paid week of vacation between Christmas and New Years! • Uniform allowances to ensure you always look great!
