Below is a summary of COVID-19 data on Tuesday for Oconee and Clarke counties and for the entire 10-county Northeast Health District. The Northeast Health District added 107 COVID-19 cases but no confirmed deaths from the disease. The seven-day rolling averages of added cases and confirmed deaths declined.The District did add two "probable" deaths from the virus.The seven-day rolling average of added cases fell in both Oconee and Clarke counties.The number of COVID-19 patients at area hospitals declined.The District added 2,524 new vaccinations.The state received an additional shipment of 105,320 new doses of the vaccine.For details and for state comparisons, please click through to Oconee County Observations.
