Sanford Country Club is looking for self-motivated, hard-working individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance team. Sanford Country Club is a public, 18-hole golf course located in Sanford, Maine. We have a variety of positions available for the remainder of this season (full-time, part-time, and full-time year-round). No experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right person on a variety of tasks and equipment operations. This position offers a flexible schedule, and provides AFTERNOONS AND NIGHTS OFF. This position requires the selected individual to: have a positive attitude; have a keen attention to detail; be willing to work early mornings and on weekends in all weather conditions; have a valid Maine State Driver’s License, reliable transportation and be punctual; must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and okay with phycisal tasks, be able to safely and properly operate the following equipment: Riding Equipment, String Trimmers, Edgers, Backpack Blowers, Walkmowers. Pay is based off experience. Knowledge of the game of golf and landscaping experience is a plus.
