Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our winning team at the Huntley Ridge Apartments in Clarksville, IN. We are offering great pay plus monthly and quarterly bonuses, two weeks paid time off, and tool and boot reimbursement. Benefits for full time employees: - Competitive pay based on skill set and experience - Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses - Tool reimbursement program - Two Weeks Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts - Tuition Reimbursement Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities: -Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority -Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants -Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications -Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review -Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every other week Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: -4+ years’ experience in maintenance -2+ years as a supervisor -Experience managing/supervising 3+ employees -HVAC and EPA certification -Experience managing maintenance in up to 300 units -Dry walling including painting and carpentry -Strong knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe -Strong knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.” Equal Opportunity Employer
