Early morning Monday March 8th 2021. This small male dog was found almost dead of dehydration. It was at a bus stop on a main street. It has been neglected in many ways. Was found with a long metal chain. The dog is safe at west los Angeles animal shelter. If you would like to adopt it for the best time of his life contact the shelter.
