Vendor Registration Central Ohio Afro Fest WELCOME! We are happy to support your business during Juneteenth Community Festival This is an event that is focused on uplifting the Central Ohio community and igniting the spirit of unity. Vendors must be completely self sufficient. Vendors must bring all needed items; such as chairs, tables, power, water. Please be prepared to arrive promptly. Set up 3PM-4:30PM Set up closes promptly at 4:30PM Safety First. Due to current advisories from the CDC and local government; masks must be worn. THE MARKETCRAFTERS/VENDORS Acceptance into the festival will be sent via email. In the event that you are not accepted; a full refund will be issued. This is the only time a refund will be issued. Festival organizers reserve the right to reject any applications as they deem Allow 10 business days to process your applicationThe event will hold rain or shine. Submitting payment signifies that you have reviewed and agree to the terms. Incomplete applications will not be acceptedEach vendor booth space is 10ft by 10ft. Any tent used must be enclosed in the assigned space.Vendor booth locations will be assigned at the discretion of the organizers of the event. Vendor booth displays shall not extend into the aisles, including all signs, banners, equipment, etc. All concessions must be confined to booth spaceNo sharing of booths. All vendors must register for their own boothVendors are responsible for abiding by all state and federal tax laws and collecting the applicable Ohio state sales tax for each transaction. For more information, contact the Ohio Department of Revenue or view taxation requirements on its website. Vendors must supply their own tents/canopies, tables and chairs. These must be securely anchored with sandbags or weights. No ground stakes are permitted.Vendors supply all the items needed. This includes power and waterVendors are responsible for trash pick up and disposal. All trash must be placed in the provided trash dumpster at the end of the event.Indemnification: You agree to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Phenix Banquet Center, Phenix Holdings, the Owner and their respective employees and agents against all claims.Arbitration: You agree that any dispute in any way arising out of or relating to this contract will be resolved by arbitration in the city of Columbus and state of Ohio. You agree to legally abide with the decisions from arbitration.You expressly give Phenix the right to take promotional photographs and video and use on social media platforms. All trash must be placed in the provided trash dumpster at the end of the eventLiability Insurance: You must carry and maintain a policy of general liability with minimum amount of coverage of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), per occurrence, on account of bodily injury and/or death of one person and/or on account of damage to property. This policy will be for your benefit and Phenix Banquet Center, Phenix Holdings, Inc., its Board of Directors, its officers, agents and employees.
