Sunday March 14th 10am -2pm Grab a Waffle on us. Our Waffles are made from whole grain (spelt) packed with digestive fiber which helps to reduce blood sugar spikes after eating. In addition our waffles are blended with Dates which are highly nutritious providing a great source of iron and fiber. This fiber power-house of a waffle is topped with a delicious Walnut-date Butter spread in which the walnut promotes a healthy gut, is rich in antioxidants, and helps to reduce inflammation. Walnuts also contain a great source of the plant form of Omega-3 fat. Waffles are absolutely free. We hope to inspire you to grow and cook your own foods for a more sustainable quality of life.
