Please join Constable Christopher Bates for a Scholarship Breakfast benefiting college bound students! Since 2015, Constable Bates has provided financial support, as well as mentoring, to senior high school students that will be attending college. Constable Bates' goal is to help bridge the gap between Law Enforcement and Communities by equipping young adults with the tools for success. The event will include a Full Breakfast, Musical Entertainment, and Port Arthur Native & Canadian Hall of Famer, Don Narcisse, as the Special Guest Speaker!  Individual tickets: $25  Sponsor packages are available at four levels: Platinum $1000, Gold $500, Silver $250, and Bronze $150.
