In and out of the saddle, you will speed through flats, climb hills, and isolate muscle tone by the rhythm of the music. We promise that your cardio health, glutes, and quads will never be the same. This class will cause you to rethink the way you define fatigue and find new boundaries that challenge your overall endurance. Each attendee is encouraged to take this class at their own pace. All-Levels encouraged.
