ON-SITE MAINTENANCE – MULTIPLE PROPERTIES
Perform maintenance repairs for both residential properties including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliance repairs, etc. Respond to customer service requests and concerns in a timely manner; perform on-call emergency service as required; assist with keeping the grounds and common areas free of debris. Maintain daily task sheets and report to main office.
Must have valid Arizona Driver’s License
