Access to city water/sewer/trash/electric PREFERRED.
Space needed: about 9'x24' - equivalent to approximately 2-3 parking spaces, depending on which direction we face. Plus room for cars to drive through.
Coffee shop will be built on an 8.6' x 18' trailer and will either be lowered about 6" off the ground with jacks, or be left on the trailer.
We anticipate a high volume due to our unique business model and dress code. :)
