Need Help Moving a Few Things

I need to move a futon mattress and frame and maybe kitchen table and chairs to my third floor apartment. It’s a total of 20-30 minutes of work and involves walking up the stairs. I need someone between 2-4 PM on Tuesday 3/9/2021.
