I'm looking for a few capable laborers/tradesmen/part-time handymen/DIYers/or anyone looking to learn some skills and make some extra money on the side (cash). The ideal candidate will have at least a little prior experience working with tools. I'm looking for people with positive can-do attitudes, if you're a know it all or don't have a sense of humor this isn't the gig for you. Below are some tasks/jobs that you'll be expected to do/help with - don't worry, if you don't know how to do them I will teach you: Tearouts/cleanup Paint (basic) Flooring (vinyl plank mostly) Cabinets/Countertops Minor electric (GFGI's, replacing fixtures, switches) Plumbing Running wires Landscaping Drywall - replace and repair (tape/mud) Plaster - new/repair (plus if you know how to do this) lifting heavy objects & more! You'll be paid in cash at a rate that we agree on prior to your start. Ideally you will have some of your own tools and you MUST have your own transportation. Looking for someone to start working AS SOON AS 3/12 - MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. This is a potentially long-term opportunity to join on with a growing business in the Metro East Area.
