Group size limited to 6! 8-week small group health coaching program begins Wed, March 17th at 6:30pm. Led by an ACE-certified health coach. Join me for small group health coaching in person at the Gathering Place in Somersworth. I'm an ACE certified health coach who will be working for 8 weeks with a small group of 6 to achieve their health goals and learn about health topics that can improve wellness. Members can expect a private Facebook group with bonus content, workbooks for each health topic, group support/accountability/encouragement, and covid-conscious social opportunities. The group starts Wednesday, 3/17 at 6:30pm. Don't miss out!
