These include: I. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs: 1) SBA 7A guaranteed bank loans 2) SBA 504 economic development loans 3) SBA guaranteed debt refinance loans II. Tyler Economic Development Council (TEDC) Loan Programs: 1) COVID Revolving Loan Fund for businesses impacted by COVID 2) Smith County Revolving Loan Fund III.
