Press release from the Newton South High School PTSO: March 6, 2021 Next week, teachers should be having conversations with 9th, 10th and 11th grade students regarding course recommendations for next year. In the following weeks, the online program of studies will be finalized, teachers will enter recommendations in Aspen, students will have the opportunity to enter electives in Aspen, and counselors will be meeting with students to talk about course balance and to help advise and guide the process. Much more information, including a specific timeline, will be shared with families in the next week or two.
