I'm an investor and a general contractor. I'm looking to sub out two jobs on two of my buildings. You need to : - be licensed and be able to pull permits ; - be available to see the jobs either Tuesday March 9th or Wednesday March 10th and submit quotes ; - be available to start working during the week of March 15th ; - be RELIABLE and be able to work under strict deadlines ; - have cheap prices ; I buy multiple buildings per month. I have constant work.
