REGISTER BY MARCH 13, 2021, to get your first dose of the FREE COVID-19 vaccine Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Southwest Center Mall. St. Luke "Community" UMC is partnering with The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSWMC) to provide FREE first-dose COVID-19 vaccinations to St. Luke's congregation Saturday, March 20, at Southwest Center Mall in Dallas. Who's eligible to get the vaccine? Anyone who is at least 16 years, andhas a Texas residential address, andhas not already received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccineWhat happens after I register? UTSWMC will contact you to schedule your appointment. Our goal is to have 1,000 members of our St. Luke family vaccinated on VACCINATION SATURDAY, March 20. THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT SATURDAY, MARCH 13. What do I need to bring to the vaccination site? Nothing other than a face mask. UTSWMC and St. Luke are using the "honor system registration process." Other than providing your name, you don't have to provide ID or insurance information. Note: The vaccination site is walk-up style, not drive-through. Please practice social distancing protocol and follow the directions from St. Luke's Health and Wellness Ministry servant leaders, who will be at Southwest Center Mall to guide you to the vaccination site. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS If you've already had your first dose of any COVID vaccine, you cannot get your second dose on Vaccination Saturday. You must return to the location where you received your first vaccination.After receiving your first vaccination, UTSWMC will give you instructions to get your second dose.Southwest Center Mall (formerly Redbird Mall) is located at 3662 W.
