Office Handyman Needed

Looking to hire a handyman for odd jobs/routine work in a small office building in downtown Broad Ripple, Indiana. Looking for someone who is available once every 2 weeks or so to come by at their convenience to take care of a list of tasks around the office. We would want this to be a recurring arrangement and tasks will vary. Usually pretty simple stuff like changing batteries in security cameras, spraying the door with WD40 if it’s sticking, touch up some paint on a wall, etc. all very simple things like that, never anything too crazy. If we need something done that requires an electrician or plumber or licensed professional of course we hire them directly, this is more general maintenance type things.
