Press release from the City of Westminster: Posted on: March 8, 2021 Posted on: March 8, 2021 Street Paving: Locust Street Beginning March 8, 2021, the City will be milling and paving on Locust Street, starting at the intersection of Distillery Drive. Once Locust Street is finished later this week, paving will move to Tuc Road, from Route 27 up to Longwell Avenue. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic in the one open travel lane.
