I am looking for a handyman/Maintenance man f/t to start maintaining my properties, if you can do everything from landscaping to electrical (minor) and everything in between from fixing small problems to fixing a unit to be ready to rent. If you have done this kind of work before then you will know what I mean. Do not need to be licensed just have to transportation and tools to do all the jobs that may come up. From plumbing leaks to drywall and painting. ONLY respond if you can come f/t and want to work every day during the week and possibly on one day of the weekend depending on what needs to be done.
