No Experience Needed - Will Train Lonestar Inspections is hiring contractors to perform mortgage inspections in Z57 (See photo, the majority of work is west of Coachella). These are visual inspections, conducted during daylight hours, to verify residential property occupancy & condition. Applicant must be highly organized and self-motivated. This is a 1099 position. Requirements - available during daylight hours, use Samsung Galaxy or iPhone, reliable vehicle, computer/printer access, and must pass a background check
