I am seeking some assistance for a small 2nd story bathroom renovation. (Approximately 50 SF total- T shaped) Tasks to be completed: - Replace 4 pieces of subfloor (existing flooring is already removed) - Install new flooring over subfloor (ceramic tile) - Remove existing Tub (shower doors and caulking already removed) - Replace Tub with new shower floor (new ceramic tile) - Replace shower walls with new Schluter back boards - Replace shower walls with new ceramic tile - Install new plumbing fixtures for shower - Replace bathroom toilet - Remove large mirrors from vanities/walls - Replace bathroom vanities (medium and large) Work that is already completed: - Walls and Ceilings are primed - Shower doors are removed from tub - All caulking is removed from tub and tub walls - Existing sheet vinyl is removed **Willing to negotiate an additional cost to haul away all debris! All materials will be purchased prior to hire. This is for labor only. Please respond to this ad with the following details: 1. When are you available to do this work? 2.
