COOKSVILLE, MD — The Glenwood branch of the Howard County Library System will be changing its contactless pickup hours due to renovation-related demolition and construction work that will start effective March 15. Starting next Monday, the new hours will be 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Saturday. Thursday's hours will be 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The library is closed on Sundays.
