Chatham County is pleased to have her as an instructor and the head of the Natural Chef program at CCCC. Chef Kelly lived in Vietnam for several years, immersing herself in the culture and its food. Allow her to guide you through all the steps as she transports you to that fresh, natural, holistic place. In this hands-on class, you and your partner will learn how to source the right ingredients, and how to make these menu items as fresh, tasty, and healthful as they can be.
