A night of food tasting with Downtown Sioux Falls chefs and local farmers Attendees will experience a taste of Downtown Restaurant Week by sampling “teasers” from participating location's featured menu. While attendees visit the different restaurant stations to sample the featured teaser, they will be able to visit with the chef or restauranteur that will explain tasting notes, inspiration, offer a sneak peak of the full featured Restaurant Week menu, and more. Attendees will also get the opportunity to interact with local farmers to learn more about sustainability efforts, production and true farm-to-table stories.
