***Please apply on our careers page: PRIMARY PURPOSE: The warehouse selector will be responsible for ensuring accurate order picking and palletizing while working a third shift schedule (6:30PM – until picking is completed). The warehouse selector must be able to work independently while ensuring quality standards are met. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares orders by locating product throughout Warehouse Utilize voice pick head set system to pinpoint product Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, & workstations neat Comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results Maintains quality service by following organization standards SKILLS: Must be able to use a sit down forklift Must be able to use a walk/ride floor jack Must communicate effectively Must organize & understand load sheet Must be able to lift up to 170lbs (cases and kegs) Must be able to read and comprehend the English language Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be flexible with schedule Must be able to bend /twist repeatedly Must be able to make pallets with product Must be able to wrap pallets Must be able to get on and off forklift repeatedly Must be able to ride a class 4 type lift or ride on class 3 EXPERIENCE: Previous warehouse experience a plus Forklift/pallet jack experience a plus High school diploma required CORE VALUES: Trust, Responsibility, Leadership.
