Cole Property Management is gearing up for a busy season of travelers to Livingston to stay in multiple high-end downtown vacation rentals. CPM is looking to build the "Super Bowl Cleaning Team!"
Dedicated cleaners can receive a season-end bonus based on work performance & jobs completed.
Professional cleaners are encouraged to apply: must have independent contractor's license & professional insurance & provide a W-9, your own transportation & supplies. Hours 10 am-5 pm and weekend availability is preferred. References required.

Ideal candidates are prompt communicators (critical with last minute vacation rental bookings) with a neurotic attention to detail. A strong work-ethic is a must.
