Gillmann Services is seeking an Office Administrator for a a construction project in MT Pleasant, SC
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls
– Develop and implement organized filing systems
– Typing/data entry
– Review documents
– General customer services
– Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in office administration preferred
– Ability to prioritize and multitask
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Strong organizational skills
– MUST be proficient in excel / Microsoft / spreadsheets
