Charleston Grounds Management is seeking to hire an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman! We are having open interviews Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 8am-10:30am! Please go to our website to complete the application. www.charlestongroundsmanagement.com/employment-application/ Job summary: Maintenance Forman will lead a crew of 2-3 team members on commercial properties that mow lawns, trim shrubs and blow leaves to beautify properties. You will be in charge of ensuring the work gets done at each property with little to none direction or help. Must be responsible and accountable! Requirements: • Must have a Valid Driver’s License (with clean record- and able to be insured) • Must be Drug Free • 2 years experience in operating backpack blowers, line trimmers, edger’s, pruning tools and Zero turn mowers • 2 years experience in landscape maintenance • At least 2 years supervisory experience • Ability to organize work, train others and complete high quality work on schedule • Ability to converse with clients in a professional manner • Leadership skills to run a crew of 2 or more • Ability to do physical work (Lift 50 pounds) • Have your OWN transportation to our shop on Johns Island • Have knowledge about landscape and plant care • Be responsible and accountable • Professional attitude and appearance • Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of PPE We offer opportunities for your personal and professional advancement!
