An annual, outdoor, drive-through event to celebrate cancer survivorship!
Sunday, June 6, marks the 36th Annual National Cancer Survivors Day, held in the parking lot at Gilda's Club Kansas City as an outdoor, drive-through event. Participants will receive a goodie bag and T-shirt as in prior years.
This is the one day each year that people around the world come together to recognize the cancer survivors in their community, to raise awareness of the challenges these survivors face, and, most importantly, to celebrate life. NCSD provides an opportunity for cancer survivors to connect with other survivors, celebrate milestones, and acknowledge the family members, friends, healthcare providers, and cancer researchers who have supported them along the way. Gilda’s Club Kansas City is proud to serve as the organizer for the Kansas City Community. We hope you can join us for a morning of fun! We will have music and smiles to share from a distance!
If you cannot make it, you can schedule a time to come by the Clubhouse afterwards to get your cancer education bag and t-shirt.
If you have an organization or company that you would like to share the sponsorship information with please email Clara Sainte, [email protected].
