Sunday, March 28th, @ 3:00pm Calling all gentlemen of the African Diaspora from South Carolina and surrounding areas who are interested in changing the narrative of our culture! This Black Male Empowerment Group is setting a trend here in our state to display our culture and comminuty. Suit Required, tie optional(Blazers and Sport Coats welcomed) There is no such thing as too plain or too extra, but you MUST HAVE A JACKET ON! No exceptions. 1. Your current email and cell phone numbers are vital to receive next steps of the process. 2. By registering, you are agreeing to an Non-Disclosure Agreement for rules around the shoot COVID19 Waiver 1) You will not attend if prior to the event, or within 14 days prior to the event, you (i) experience symptoms of COVID-19, including, without limitation, fever, cough, or shortness of breath; (ii) have a suspected, diagnosed, or confirmed case of COVID-19; or (iii) have been in contact with someone with a suspected, diagnosed, or confirmed case of COVID-19. 2) You will follow all laws, mandates, and Orders from the State of South Carolina and local officials and will hold yourself responsible for abiding by all CDC protocols and guidance. 3) You accept that you are solely responsible for abiding by any safety protocols to protect the health of yourself and others at the event. 4) You agree that EstGent does not guarantee an infection-free environment, but you consent to all reasonable measures, implemented by EstGent to ensure the necessary precautions are in place, including, but not limited to temperature checks, the provision of masks (in limited quantities and subject to availability), hand sanitizers, etc., to ensure that applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed. 5) You fully understand and assume all potential dangers of utilizing the premises and acknowledge that, despite reasonable efforts to mitigate those dangers, your attendance may still result in exposure to COVID-19, which could result in quarantine requirements, serious illness, disability, and/or death. Non-Disclosure Agreement I agree with the following statements: I have read and understand EstGent's Privacy Policy. I understand that I may come in contact with confidential information during my time at a EstGent event (photoshoots, etc.) As part of the condition of my participation with EstGent, I hereby undertake to keep in strict confidence any information regarding any photos taken or information shared by EstGent. I will do this in accordance with the EstGent privacy policy. I also agree to not prematurely release photos/information to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) unless explicitly authorized by Ty Williams. I agree to seek approval to sell my business products/services at a EstGent event only when given permission by Ty Williams. I will not conduct business transactions without the approval of EstGent. Liability Waiver YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE ESTGENT, AND ALL OTHER RELATED ENTITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MEMBERS, AND ASSIGNS, (THE “ESTGENT”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO YOU AND ALL YOUR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNS, HEIRS, AND BENEFICIARIES FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND ON ACCOUNT OF ANY INJURY, INFECTION, ILLNESS, OR DEATH, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY SUCH INJURY, INFECTION, ILLNESS, OR DEATH CAUSED BY OR ARISING OUT OF COVID-19, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ACTS, NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE, OF THE ESTGENT PARTIES.
